Return & Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Conditions:
- You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- All components including the product, packaging, complimentary items, tags, etc., must be returned.
Return Process:
- Send an email to support@blinoro.com, including your order number, name, email, phone number, reason for return, along with images or videos showing the shipping label and the complete contents of the package. Providing additional images and videos will expedite the process.
- We will respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and the return address.
- Follow our provided instructions to return the product to our warehouse.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will arrange a confirmation process that typically takes 1-2 business days. If the item is confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will process the refund after deducting the applicable fees. The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. The exact timing of the refund will depend on your card issuer and payment provider. If the item is damaged, a partial refund will be issued based on the actual situation.
- To ensure the safe return of the item and prevent damage or loss during transit, please ensure that the product is securely packaged.
Return Fees:
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges.
- Return shipping fees: If the return is due to a quality issue, the seller will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Shipping and related service fees will not be refunded.
Non-Returnable Cases:
- Items returned without prior notification.
- Sale products, customized items, pre-order products, gift cards, free gifts, and items obtained through point redemption.
- Items that cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons, such as refusal of delivery or incorrect address, etc.
Damage and Issues:
Upon receiving the product, please inspect it for any damage or wrong items. If any issues are found, contact us within 48 hours with relevant photos and videos. We will respond within 72 hours and assist with the resolution. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged, defective or wrong item reported more than 48 hours after the delivery date.
Exchange Process:
If you’re unsatisfied with the received product and wish to exchange it, we recommend initiating a return and refund for the original order and placing a new order.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Shipped orders cannot be canceled; please follow the return process.
